UK Women in Finance Charter
2025 PROGRESS UPDATE
Columbia Threadneedle Investments EMEA signed the Women in Finance Charter as a pledge to foster greater gender balance across our business and the financial services sector.
Our long-term ambition is to increase the proportion of women in our EMEA workforce. We are also working towards increasing the representation of women in senior management – as of December 2025 this figure in the UK was 28.9% with a target of 35.0% by the end of 2028.
As of 31 December 2025, women represented 43.5% of our workforce, and we continue to focus on supporting women in EMEA at key stages of their career, including:
