11 May 2026 – Withdrawal of Singapore recognition of four sub-funds of the SICAV

Threadneedle Management Luxembourg S.A. has received a confirmation from the Monetary Authority of Singapore, by way of a notification dated 2 April 2026, that it has no objection to the withdrawal of recognition in Singapore of the following four Sub-Funds, with effect from 7 August 2026:

  • CT (Lux) American
  • CT (Lux) American Smaller Companies
  • CT (Lux) Flexible Asian Bond
  • CT (Lux) Global Smaller Companies
