Threadneedle Managed Funds – Proposed mergers

Columbia Threadneedle Investments is proposing to merge the Threadneedle Managed Funds range into New Funds within the Threadneedle Opportunity Investment Funds ICVC, an open-ended investment company (OEIC), managed by us.
