Nick was appointed to the Board on 1 October 2019 and he is also Chairman of the Audit and Management Engagement Committee. Nick is a chartered accountant and brings a combination of investment, operational and management experience as well as a wider business perspective from a variety of business roles across multiple geographies. Nick is a non-executive Director of JPMorgan China Growth & Income plc and Temple Bar Investment Trust plc.
