Columbia Threadneedle (Lux) I
We refer to our letter dated 24 July 2024 in relation to Threadneedle Management Luxembourg S.A.'s (the "Management Company") applications to the Monetary Authority of Singapore (the "MAS") to withdraw the recognition of the 21 Sub-Funds and MAS' reply on 10 July 2024 that they have no objections to the withdrawal of the recognition of 8 of the Sub-Funds (set out in Annex A). The remaining 13 Sub-Funds (set out in Annex B) are to remain recognised but MAS imposed the condition that there shall not be any further offers of units in these Sub-Funds, whether to new or existing investors.
