Matthew Rees is a portfolio manager in the Multi-Asset Solutions, EMEA team and a member of the Asset Allocation Strategy Group, with responsibility for the Managed Funds range. He joined Columbia Threadneedle in 2008. Prior to his current role, he managed government bond portfolios within the Fixed Income team, with a particular focus on UK gilt funds. Earlier in his career, he was a quantitative analyst in the Fixed Income Risk team. Matthew holds a First-Class Master's degree in Mathematics from Corpus Christi College, University of Oxford, and is a CFA charterholder.
