Patrick was appointed to the Board on 21 July 2022 and became Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee on 1 January 2023 and Senior Independent Director on 6 March 2025. Patrick is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment. He worked in the fund industry in Guernsey between 1992 and 2009 and was Managing Director of third-party fund administration businesses and a non-executive director of a number of management companies, general partners and investment companies. Currently he is Chair of the Audit and Risk Committees of India Capital Growth Fund Limited and VH Global Energy Infrastructure PLC and is also a director of Sierra GP Limited.
