Andrew joined Columbia Threadneedle Investments through the acquisition of BMO GAM (EMEA) in 2021 and first became a member of the Private Equity team in 2008. He started working in the financial services industry in 2004 and has around two decades experience in private equity. He is lead manager of a number of limited partnership funds. In 2013 Andrew left the Private Equity team to become a Principal at Scottish Equity Partners LLP, a UK based private equity firm, where his responsibilities included the co-management of an energy focussed secondary fund. He returned to the Private Equity team in 2018. He is a chartered accountant and CFA Charterholder. Andrew is a graduate of Edinburgh University and is an Investment Committee member.

Our dividend policy
The Company aims to pay quarterly dividends with an annual yield equivalent to not less than four per cent of the average of the published NAV per Ordinary Share as at the end of each of its last four financial quarters prior to the announcement of the relevant quarterly dividend and not less than the prior quarter’s dividend.
