We would like to notify you that Threadneedle Investment Services Limited, the authorised corporate director of Columbia Threadneedle Investment Funds (UK) ICVC (“CTIF”), and Threadneedle Management Luxembourg S.A., the management company of Columbia Threadneedle (Lux) I (“CT(Lux)”), have decided to cease marketing the following UK Funds (including CTIF) and Lux Funds (collectively known as “the Funds”), respectively, to the public in Hong Kong in future and to apply to the Securities and Futures Commission for the withdrawal of the authorisation of the Funds.

We will no longer market the Funds to the public in Hong Kong with immediate effect, and the withdrawal of authorisation of the Funds will take effect as of 20 March 2024.
