Jason Wang serves as the head of quantitative research for Columbia Threadneedle Investments. In his role, he manages the firm’s quantitative research efforts and is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the stock selection models employed by global equity investment teams. He also co-manages Columbia Research Enhanced Core and Value ETFs. He joined one of Columbia Threadneedle Investments’ legacy firms in 2010 and has been a member of the investment community since 2001.
Prior to his current role, Jason held the position of senior quantitative analyst at Gartmore Investment Management, Stark Investments, and the Quantitative Services Group.
Jason received a bachelor’s degree in political science from Wuhan University and an MBA from the University of Notre Dame. He holds the CFA® designation and is a member of the CFA Society of Boston.
