Columbia Threadneedle Investments is proposing to merge the CT UK Equity Opportunities Fund into the CT UK Growth and Income Fund. Both are sub-funds of Columbia Threadneedle Investment Funds (UK) ICVC, an open-ended investment company (OEIC), managed by us.
