Tenisha Elliott is a Sustainability Research Analyst specialising in health, food systems, and human rights. Her work focuses on emerging science, corporate strategy, and financial materiality, supporting investor decision-making through strategic frameworks, direct company engagement, and exposure rating methodologies.

Tenisha holds a BSc with Honours in Business Economics from the University of Westminster, the Investment Management Certificate (IMC), and the Investment Operations Certificate (IOC). She was recognised in the Black Women in Asset Management 40 Under 40 initiative in 2022.
