Angela joined Columbia Threadneedle through the acquisition of BMO GAM (EMEA) in 2021, having previously been with BMO since 2018. She is accountable for the EMEA Human Resources function and has over 20 years’ experience in this field. Prior to joining BMO Global Asset Management Angela undertook various HR leadership roles with ED&F Man, a global agricultural commodities merchant and financial brokerage business.

Previously, she spent five years at Schroder Investment Management where she was responsible for leading the HR function for the Investment division. Before moving to Financial Services, Angela spent the early part of her career in HR roles within the retail industry at Selfridges and the Arcadia Group and within media at the Associated Press. Angela holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Management and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
