1 July 2026 – Columbia Threadneedle (Lux) I, Columbia Threadneedle (Lux) II and Columbia Threadneedle (Lux) III: change of registered address

Effective 1 July 2026, as a result of a change of address of the Domiciliary Agent (State Street Bank International GmbH, Luxembourg Branch), the registered address of the SICAVs will change from 49, Avenue J.F. Kennedy, L-1855 Luxembourg to 17, Boulevard de Kockelscheuer, L-1821 Luxembourg, Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.
