Effective 1st October 2025, the name of our Registrar and Transfer Agent will change from International Financial Data Services (Luxembourg) S.A. to SS&C Administration Services Luxembourg S.A. This change is part of the broader restructuring of the European operations of International Financial Data Services (IFDS), following its integration into SS&C Technologies.

From an investor perspective, this change only affects the name of the entity providing Registrar and Transfer Agent services. There will be no impact on how you interact with us, and no changes to operational processes, contact details, fund bank accounts, or shareholder account numbers.

The updated name will be reflected in the Columbia Threadneedle (Lux) I and Columbia Threadneedle (Lux) II prospectus at the next available filings.
