23 February 2026 - Columbia Threadneedle (Lux) I and Columbia Threadneedle (Lux) II: change of Service Providers

The Boards of Columbia Threadneedle (Lux) I and Columbia Threadneedle (Lux) II have decided to replace certain service providers.

Effective 23 February 2026, Citibank Europe plc, Luxembourg Branch will be replaced by State Street Bank International GmbH, Luxembourg Branch (“State Street”) as Depositary, Domiciliary, Administrative and Paying Agent.

As a result of the change of Domiciliary Agent, the registered address of the SICAVs will change from 31, Z.A. Bourmicht, L-8070 Bertrange to 49, Avenue J.F. Kennedy, L-1855 Luxembourg.
